I bought this watch around 2000-01 and never had a problem with it. Looks and feels like a watch that should be much more expensive. Keeps good time. The reason for this review is to inform others of my experience with invicta customer service. Over the years I have requested and received a couple of replacement spring pins without any hassle. A while back a spring pin failed and the watch fell off my wrist and hit the concrete and quit working. Obviously a good shock. I recently sent it in to invicta explaining what had happened. Other than it not running, the watch did not show any signs of damage. Now I have read some reviews of invicta’s customer service stating how terrible their service was. It’s necessary to understand that not all people have the same experience. I sent my watch in with the 25 dollar money order for return shipping and then waited for someone to contact me with what the problem was and the charge to fix it. I just received the watch back. My watch came back in the same condition it was when I mailed it off with the exception that it now works.Whoo..Hooo!. There was no charge for whatever the repair was. This is a 9-10yr old watch which is no longer under warranty. The only thing Invicta could do better at in my opinion is communicate. In all my dealings with Invicta, I have never had any direct communications with an actual person. I have read that other’s have, good and bad. Overall I am satisfied. I also have 3 other Invicta watches. No problems with those. Also, Invicta had my watch for 8 weeks. A substantial amount of time, I know , but I have other watches. If time is an issue this might be a problem.

Of the 3 dozen timepieces I own, this is the most comfortable. The bracelet is made of a thermo-polymer, which is like a rubberized plastic, and very tough. It twists and flexes with your wrist. Many watches today, even selling for thousands of dollars, are available with rubber or polyurethane straps. However, this watch has a bracelet, which can do something straps can’t do. The small gaps between the bracelet links allow your skin to breathe, resulting in exceptional comfort.

This is a very high quality watch. Bracelet links use steel pins to join them, with black plated screws at both ends. The bracelet has a beautiful dual-deployant clasp, completely black IP (ionic-plating) plated. The bezel is also black IP, with numerals engraved into the bezel and filled with white IP. They won’t rub off. The watch case, while it looks like the rubbery bracelet material is actually transluscent hard plastic capable of maintaining the 100 meter water resistancy. The back of the watch features an exhibition case-back, consisting of a large tinted crystal within a mirror-polished stainless steel disc, held in place with 6 screws. The hour markers are easy to read, even for older eyes. The large hour and minute hands are luminescent. This Swiss-made watch is beautifully finished in every way and was worth every penny.

I wear this watch whenever I know I might be somewhere where a watch could get damaged. This watch has been through a lot with me. I’ve had it almost a year. I wear it to work everyday. I am constantly in the water with it, and it never gets damaged. I even went scuba diving on vacation with it on(the rotating bezel came in handy). The dial appears larger in picture than in person because the dial is more of a bowl shape than a flat surface, and the black ring around the white dial gives the illusion of a smaller dial. Still, it is a larger, heavier watch than average. Great buy for an active individual.

I own over 60 Invicta watches, and just got this watch today. As with most of my others, this Invicta is an amazing value. The watch is big, but fits my 7 1/4 inch wrist without a problem. The case wraps comfortably around the wrist, and the leather strap is soft and supple. The dial is beautiful and very easy to read I actually like this version better than the I-Force with the additional 9 o’clock crown for the rotating bezel–much easier to wear! I may have to get every color at this price!

I received this as a gift from my wife, and it’s a very nice watch for the price she paid for it. It’s large, which I like, and looks good with a lot of detail on the watch face and a great overall design. My favorite feature is the rotating bezel which I use to time everything from presentations to tracking the delivery time on a pizza order. I also like the leather band, which is substantial and adds to the overall quality look and feel of the watch. It has kept very good time: I synced it with my iPhone and it has not lost a second in the several days I since I have set it. Overall, a nice watch and a great value (assuming I had to pay for it myself).
